Not shared leads. Not a list of names. Homeowners who agreed to sit down with a roofer — booked onto your calendar in real time, and sold to nobody else.
Pick a Time — It Takes 20 MinutesMost lead companies sell the same homeowner to four or five roofers and let you fight over who calls fastest. We don’t. When we set an appointment in your service area, you are the only contractor who receives it — and we don’t sell that homeowner to anyone else afterward.
That’s the whole model. It’s why we charge a flat $200 instead of a few dollars a name, and it’s why our contractors stay.
Homeowners ready for a roof inspection — no door knocking required.
You tell us the exact area you’ll drive to. We don’t set appointments outside it, and we don’t sell your territory out from under you.
The moment an appointment is set it hits your calendar and your phone. No overnight batches, no stale contacts.
Owner-occupied, and the person who can actually say yes is the person on the appointment.
The homeowner knows a roofer is coming to inspect the roof. You’re not talking your way onto the property.
Optional add-on — $10 per appointment. We’ll include an iRoofing measurement report with roof measurements and property details, so you can walk in with the bid already calculated instead of going back to the truck.
Built for real commercial work — 10,000 sq ft (100 squares) and up, not single-family roofs.
Multi-building portfolios, warehouses, retail centers and complexes — the jobs that change a year, not a week.
We get you in front of the person who signs the contract, not the front desk or a facilities email inbox.
One property group can mean years of work. Land the relationship and the next building is a phone call, not a bid war.
Commercial moves slower and closes bigger. One appointment can carry a quarter. Same structure as residential — packages of 10, no contract — but we qualify these harder and set fewer of them. Ask about current availability in your market on the call.
Nothing to sign, no retainer, no setup fee. Appointments come in packages of 10, and you decide when to run the next one.
A short consultation call: the counties and cities you’ll drive to, what kind of work you want, and how many appointments a week you can actually handle.
Our agents work your market and book homeowners directly onto your calendar. You do nothing but show up.
Ten exclusive appointments — $200 each residential, $1,000 each commercial. When it’s done you decide whether to run another. Turn it up, turn it down, or stop — no penalty.
We also run RoofTalk — a free resource hub for roofing professionals, including a storm search tool that shows you where hail and wind actually hit. No cost, no pitch. Use it whether you ever work with us or not.
Look up recent hail and wind events by area so you know which neighborhoods are worth your time before you drive out there.
No. That’s the entire point of the program. The appointment is yours, and we don’t resell that homeowner afterward.
Call or text us. If an appointment doesn’t meet the standard we set, we credit it. We’d rather fix it than argue about $200.
No contract and no retainer. You run a package of 10 appointments at a time and decide whether to run another. If it isn’t working, tell us and we stop.
If you want it, yes — in two situations. When you’ve got us working more than one market for you, or when a Category 4 or 5 storm hits your area and there’s real volume to go after. Otherwise we hold the package at 10 so we can keep the quality where it needs to be.
It depends on your market. Some areas have room to scale and some are already at capacity with a contractor we serve. We’ll tell you honestly what availability looks like in your area on the call.
We currently set appointments in 30+ states. If we’re not in yours yet, we’ll say so rather than take your money.
Show up to the appointment on time and be a roofer. Everything before that — finding the homeowner, qualifying them, setting the time, confirming it — is on us.
Twenty minutes. We’ll tell you what availability looks like where you work, and you’ll know by the end of it whether this fits. Pick a time below.
